This leadership opportunity will partner closely with executive leadership while overseeing the organization's accounting and finance functions. The role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing strategic financial leadership and hands-on operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the accounting and finance function, including financial reporting, month-end close, audit, internal controls, and compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and long-term business objectives.
- Drive process improvements while strengthening financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting and finance team.
Ideal Background:
- Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
- Experience leading accounting and finance functions.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA preferred.
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
