What You’ll Do
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, LP gas, etc.)
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality work before the RV goes to the customer
- Complete minor carpentry, sealant, and hardware repairs
- Move, clean, and prepare RVs for customer delivery
- Help educate customers on how to use and care for their RV
- Work outdoors and indoors depending on the job
- Participate in paid training and certification programs (earn more as you advance!)
- 2 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting (home, RV, facilities, or similar)
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Willingness to learn electrical, plumbing, and RV systems
- Great attitude and customer service mindset
- Team player who enjoys a positive, friendly workplace
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to climb ladders, crawl under units, and work outdoors
