Are you an automotive technician, marine technician, HVAC technician, appliance technician, maintenance technician, electrician, plumber, carpenter, or mechanically skilled problem-solver looking for a new career opportunity?
You do NOT need previous RV experience. We will train the right person.
Chesapeake RV Solutions is looking for a dependable, mechanically skilled person who enjoys diagnosing problems, working with their hands, fixing things, and learning new systems to join our team and train as an RV Service Technician.

Your Skills May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience With:
- Automotive or diesel repair

- Appliance repair
- Electrical diagnostics
- Plumbing
- Carpentry or construction

- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair
If you can diagnose a problem and figure out how to fix it, we want to talk to you.

More Than a Mechanic Job
An RV is essentially a house on wheels.
That means an RV technician gets to develop skills in mechanical repair, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, diagnostics, installation, and more.
Instead of specializing in only one system, you can develop into a well-rounded, highly skilled RV technician.
