What You’ll Do:- Engage with homeowners to identify exterior damage
- Educate customers on the insurance restoration process
- Conduct FREE damage inspections
- Close the Sale
- Represent the company with professionalism in the field
- Structured 8-week training program (we don’t just “throw you in”)
- Clear advancement path: Sales Rep → Residential Design Consultant
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship

- $300 upfront draw per qualified claim
- $300/month gas stipend
- First-year average: $60K–$100K
