Are you an experienced medical front desk professional who enjoys staying busy, working with a supportive team, and making a real difference for patients every day? Chesapeake ENT is looking for a friendly, reliable Medical Receptionist to join our growing specialty practice.
This is a fully in-person role that offers variety and teamwork across multiple locations. Regular travel to all four offices—Owings Mills, Rosedale, Columbia, and Westminster—is required.

This is a fully in-person role that offers variety and teamwork across multiple locations. Regular travel to all four offices—Owings Mills, Rosedale, Columbia, and Westminster—is required.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (no weekends!)
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments across all practice locations
- Collect copays and outstanding balances
- Assist patients with insurance and billing questions
- Ensure paperwork, referrals, and medical records are accurate and complete
- Prepare charts and maintain organized front desk and filing areas
- Rotate between office locations as assigned
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
- At least 1 year of medical front desk or medical office experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle basic office tasks (typing, scanning, filing)
- Professional, compassionate approach with all patients
- Willing and able to travel regularly to all four locations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Medical office training is a plus
- Prolonged sitting and computer use
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
