Management of repair parts is at the heart of our growing business.
Working as part of a collegial team in our Randallstown shop, the Parts Coordinator receives, quality checks, invoices and manages repair parts.
Experience with invoicing and financial calculations preferred. We can teach the right person what you need to know about auto parts.
Pay negotiable based on experience.

You will:
- Use a computer portal to order, invoice, and document parts.
- Coordinate with our Estimators and Technicians to minimize cycle time.
- Receive and inspect parts deliveries.
- Monitor and organize repair parts and materials.
- Distribute parts to technicians in a timely manner.
- Process timely returns and claims.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Move, lift, and carry parts up to 50 pounds throughout a large area
