About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care accordingly. Your role will be critical in helping our clients maintain their independence and dignity, and improve their quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
Skills:
As a Caregiver, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. In addition, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical in providing seamless care to our clients.
