RN / LPN – PRN / Contingent (As-Needed) | Flexible Day & Night Shifts | Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a dependable and experienced RN or LPN to join our clinical team on a PRN / contingent (as-needed) basis in a skilled nursing environment. This role offers flexibility to pick up day or night shifts based on facility staffing needs, while providing high-quality resident care in a supportive, team-oriented setting.
Schedule
- PRN / as-needed shifts based on facility staffing needs
- Flexible availability for day shifts and/or night shifts
- 12-hour shifts (typically 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
- No set weekly schedule required
- Opportunity to pick up shifts that fit your availability

Unit Environment
This role provides clinical oversight in a 39 bed skilled nursing facility environment where care is focused on monitoring resident status, administering medications and treatments, and responding to changes in conditions
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned residents
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with CNA staff to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Communicate significant changes to on-call providers or leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical judgment and reliability
- Ability to work independently across day or night shift settings
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Point Click Care EMR preferred, but not required

Employment Requirements

Pay: $34.40 - $41.40 per hour
