The Role
We’re seeking an Expressive Arts or Holistic Psychotherapist (LMHC or equivalent) to join our community of interdisciplinary healers. This position is ideal for a clinician with at least 5 years of post-graduate experience who brings a trauma-informed, creative, and client-empowering approach to therapy.
You’ll have full autonomy in shaping your schedule, caseload, and treatment methods—whether you prefer part-time or full-time work, this role adapts to your professional goals and availability.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and/or group psychotherapy using expressive arts modalities (e.g., intermodal, drama, art, music, movement)
- Work with a diverse client population across age groups and needs
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced integrative team (optional case conferencing and peer supervision)
- Maintain accurate records using our EHR system (ChiroTouch)

Who You Are
- Trauma-informed, grounded, and committed to ethical care, with strong boundaries and a calm, collaborative attitude
- Passionate about holistic healing, personal growth, and client empowerment
- Licensed in Massachusetts as an LMHC (or equivalent independent licensure: LICSW, PhD/PsyD) (Required)
- Master's Degree (MS,MA) or Doctorate (PhD, DSc, PsyD) in Clinical Mental Health (Required)
- Live in close proximity to Southborough, Massachusetts or willing to commute (at least two days a week) (Required)
- Experience with Telehealth (Required)
- 5 - 10 years post-graduate clinical experience (Preferred)
- Trained in expressive therapies (intermodal expressive arts, art, music, drama, dance, etc.) (Preferred)
- Post-graduate training in child and family therapy (Preferred)
