WHAT WILL YOU DO AT OUR FRONT DESK?
Our Orthodontics Office Receptionist is responsible for:
- Upholding our reputation for providing quality patient services and delivering positive outcomes
- Coming to work with a polite, professional, and self-motivated attitude
- Assisting patients in person and over the phone by answering questions and scheduling appointments
- Accurately filling out paperwork and completing new patient intakes
- Serving at the front desk of our Wilmington and Atkinson offices
- Performing additional responsibilities as needed, such as organizing files
WHEN DOES OUR ORTHODONTICS OFFICE RECEPTIONIST WORK?
The typical schedule goes from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. You may need to float between our Wilmington and Atkinson offices to meet business requirements.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a dental or medical office
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and various social media platforms
- Ability to take initiative and proactively tackle responsibilities
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Team spirit
- Professional appearance and polite phone communication skills
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school degree or GED
