Pay & Schedule:
This full-time position offers $16.00–$21.00 an hour, based on experience.
You'll typically work 30–32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- 3 years of business administration experience
- 3 years of experience working in a dental or medical office
- 3 years of experience with orthodontic or dental insurance verification, submission, and ledger management
- Computer proficiency with programs like Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, Facebook, and Instagram
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Bonus: Experience with Dolphin software

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DENTAL OFFICE SPECIALIST
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations. You'll greet patients in person, answer calls and emails, and schedule appointments with precision. Your attention to detail ensures accurate data entry and timely updates to patient files.
You'll also embrace cross-training opportunities, learning insurance processes, ledger work, and treatment plan coordination.
