Mugshots Grill & Bar is seeking experienced and passionate Cooks to join our team in Collierville, TN! In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. KEY DUTIES/SKILLS
1. Setting Up Stations:
- Assisting with stocking and arranging kitchen stations.
- Ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
2. Food Preparation:
- Cleaning and cutting ingredients.
- Cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
- Following recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef.
3. Plating and Presentation:
- Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.
- Collaborating with servers to fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
- Hygiene and Cleanliness:
- Washing and cleaning kitchen areas and utensils.
- Properly storing equipment at the end of shifts.
- Ensuring kitchen operation procedures meet food safety standards.
4. Quality Control:
- Ensuring food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and timely.
- Complying with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards.
5. Professionalism:
- Maintaining a positive and respectful approach with coworkers and customers.
