A Subscription Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing the subscription revenues, including monitoring and maintaining subscription rates, circulation numbers, and working on strategies to circulation and retain readership. The Manager will also over see and manage the digital print process for this publication as well as 2 others, also including the distribution as well.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing newspaper circulation and readership.
- Oversee the distribution of the newspaper to subscribers, newsstands, retail outlets, and other distribution points.
- Manage the circulation department's budget, forecasting, and planning.
- Handle subscriber inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop promotions and campaigns that boost circulation.
- Analyze circulation data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to distribution strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to newspaper distribution.
Requirements:- Proven experience in circulation management or a similar role, preferably in the newspaper or publishing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
