Account Executive
Location: Atlanta, GA | On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base salary commissions (OTE of $130,000)

About the Role
We're partnering with a building materials supplier supporting contractors, remodelers, and design professionals to hire a high-output Account Executive to build and expand partnerships across a defined territory. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role responsible for self-generating leads and closing new business. This is not a role for order takers; it is a role built for true hunters.
You'll identify, engage, and grow relationships with contractors, renovators, and design consultants, positioning the company as their preferred supplier for doors, windows, and vanities. You'll own relationships from first contact through long-term account growth while driving consistent revenue in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt for net-new partners in your assigned territory and build your own pipeline
- Execute consistent outbound activity including calls, emails, follow-ups, and outreach cadences
- Lead with smart questions to uncover needs quickly and handle objections with confidence
- Close and grow accounts through repeat business, cross-selling, and account expansion
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close and ongoing account management
- Maintain a clean, active pipeline in Monday.com with disciplined follow-up
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and support teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and partner satisfaction
- Develop strong product and specification knowledge through fast learning and hands-on experience
- Participate in occasional face-to-face meetings to strengthen key partner relationships
Performance Expectations & KPIs
- Monthly net-new partner acquisition targets within your region
- Daily and weekly outbound activity standards (calls, touches, follow-ups)
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets tied to activation and growth
- Pipeline coverage and opportunity progression requirements
- Ongoing account engagement to retain and expand partner relationships
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or account management
- Experience selling into construction, home improvement, or design-related markets is preferred
- Proven ability to prospect, manage objections, and close new business
