Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction - Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Assist with basic food preparation and plating when necessary - Clear and clean tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Requirements: - Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines - Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
