- Able to lift and carry 80 lbs

- Willing to work in all adverse weather conditions

Compensation and Benefits
- Start at $25.00 per hour no experience necessary - up to $50.00 per hour for Journeyman
- Company pays 100% of employee health care and dental premium
- 401K program
- Paid Sick leave/Paid Time-Off - Start at 6% of hours worked
