We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cherry Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility in the US. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our residents in achieving their individualized goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license, ability to practice in Louisiana.
- Preferred experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic life support certification preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
