About the Role
We're looking for detail-oriented and flexible individuals to join our team as short-term rental cleaners. This is a W-2 employee position, not a contractor role, so you'll be part of our team with stable and clear expectations. Hours are approximately 15 per week based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare short-term rental properties according to our checklist and standards.
- Participate in assisted cleanings at the start to learn our processes.
- Communicate effectively and be open to feedback.
Requirements
- Flexibility: Monday, Thursday, and Friday availability (10 am - 2/3 pm) is mandatory. Additional hours throughout the week may be available.
- Attention to Detail: Follow checklists and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Positive Attitude: Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and grow with the team.
- Effective Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential.
- Must have your own reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience
Prior cleaning experience is not strictly required. We welcome individuals eager to learn the specific nuances of short-term rental cleaning. Whether it's a quick tidy-up or a more in-depth clean, we'll train you thoroughly. Key qualities include a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to apply feedback. We provide all necessary training.
Compensation
- Starting at $20 per hour
- Weekly pay every Friday
