Experienced Lash Artist | Earn Up to 50% Commission + Tips

Lash Artists at Cherry Lash can earn up to 50% commission. If you're skilled, consistent, and guest-focused, you'll feel that in your paycheck. We have two established locations in Las Vegas and Henderson with a steady book of guests and a team that takes the craft seriously.

The Role

We're looking for experienced Lash Artists — full-time or part-time — working opening or closing shifts at our Rainbow (Las Vegas) or St. Rose (Henderson) location.

Compensation Breakdown

• Starting commission: 40% part-time | 43% full-time
• With strong KPI performance: up to 50% for both
• Retail: 20% commission on all retail sales
• Tips: Paid weekly every Friday
• Pay schedule: Semi-monthly on the 10th and 25th

What You Can Earn

Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

• Months 1–5: $2,100–$2,700/month ($14–$18/hr equivalent)
• Month 6 : $2,800–$3,500/month ($17–$22/hr equivalent)

Part-Time (29 hrs/week)

• Months 1–5: $1,500–$1,950/month ($12–$15/hr equivalent)
• Month 6 : $1,900–$2,300/month ($15–$18/hr equivalent)

Estimates reflect arvg on service commissions. Tips and 20% retail commission are on top of this.

PTO Eligible after 6 months. Earn up to 8 days/year (full-time) or 6 days/year (part-time) through perfect monthly attendance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with full lash sets — classic, volume, hybrid, and/or mega volume
• Current Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetics license (required)
• Availability for opening or closing shifts
• Ability to work at either Henderson or Las Vegas location
• Detail-oriented technique with strong time management

Audition Required

All candidates must complete an in-person audition as part of the hiring process. You will need to bring your own model so our team can evaluate your technique, speed, and artistry on a full lash set. Audition scheduling details will be provided once your application is reviewed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
