We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Lead to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, strong cash handling skills, and a background in customer service. This role requires a team player who is proficient in Microsoft Office and can manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Intake: Handle financial intake with patients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supply Ordering: Manage and order office supplies.
- Payroll Support: Serve as a backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payroll submissions.
- Medical Record Requests: Assist with medical record requests, maintaining compliance with privacy regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Oversee front desk staff and work collaboratively with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
