As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll create the magic behind the scenes at our Corporate Warehouse in Marlton, NJ. We are looking for an organized, results-driven candidate who is dependable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position with fulltime hours available throughout the holiday season – all candidates can enjoy the benefit of having summers off!
Our Warehouse Associate Will Also
- Receive and fulfill requests for holiday and souvenir locations in the field
- Assist with building shipments for outbound deployment using customer-specific allocations
- Perform according to company standards for safety, speed of service, and other departmental goals as assigned
- Delivery of inventory items to offsite locations; within 100 miles of Corporate Warehouse
- Assist in receiving shipments and inventory items upon arrival
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- All other tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in warehouse environment with temperature changes
Knowledge, Experience & Skill
- At least 18 years of age
- Forklift certification preferred; opportunity to receive on-site training for all candidates without current certification
- A valid driver's license required
- Comfortable driving a 16’-18’ Box Truck/Van
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
