Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care
Monitor care standards, drive quality improvement initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance
Provide direct nursing care as needed to support residents’ physical, emotional, and medical needs
Mentor, train, and support nursing staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred
