As Receptionist you are responsible for providing a full range of assistance to our resident and their families including:
Greeting guests
Answering and transferring phone calls.
Ensuring sufficent supplies are on hand.
Maintain TELS data base system
Receive, log in an distribute resident packages
Maintain residents emergency contact file
Update daily census report
Maintain equipment such as departmental keys and walkie talkies.
Respond to residents medical calls and comform resident until 911 arrives.
Assist Executive and Business Office with varous clerical duties.
This is a Sunday through Thursday position, day shift 9:00am-4:00pm, $15.13/hour position.
