Role: Treatment Nurse in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities

  • Assess residents’ treatment needs and deliver personalized care.
  • Administer and document wound care and other prescribed treatments.
  • Monitor residents’ responses and promptly report any changes in condition.
  • Coordinate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and support individualized care plans.
  • Ensure infection prevention and promote recovery and dignity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current Texas nursing license.
  • Relevant clinical experience.
  • Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to integrity and respect.
