Role Overview: Provide home health physical therapy services in a growing, volume-driven setting. Responsibilities include delivering patient care, managing documentation using EMR systems (HCHB/PointCare), and maintaining productivity expectations of 30 units weekly. The position covers the Portsmouth-Kittery area with approximately 150 miles of weekly travel.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a home health environment
