Role: Travel Physical Therapist
Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical abilities, develop individualized therapy plans, provide treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in skilled nursing settings.
Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), BLS certification, SSN and DOB required, at least one work reference, compact license accepted.
Key Duties: Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence through skilled therapy, and contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation.
