Travel Nurse - RN - Stepdown Unit

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN for the Stepdown Unit (SDU) in Cleveland, Ohio.

• Provide high-quality patient care to stabilize and monitor patients with complex medical needs in a stepdown setting.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, manage IVs, and respond to patient emergencies promptly.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
