We are seeking an experienced RN Night House Supervisor to oversee hospital-wide operations during overnight hours.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and operational oversight, coordinating staffing, patient flow, and clinical coverage across units, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, responding to patient care concerns and emergencies, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards, collaborating with physicians and care teams, and fostering a positive environment for patients and families.
Qualifications required are an active Alabama RN license (BSN preferred), 4–6 years of recent hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills, and ACLS and PALS certifications within one year of hire. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred.
