Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical needs
  • Administering medications and treatments
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary care plans
  • Providing patient and family education
  • Ensuring accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
  • Participating actively in team conferences

  • Current registration as a nurse
