Join our team as an on-call Registered Nurse in a community health setting, providing comprehensive patient care across diverse services including medical, dental, behavioral health, and more.
- Deliver patient assessments, discuss chief complaints, obtain vital signs, and document in EMR.
- Perform phone triage to evaluate patient needs and coordinate follow-up care.
- Assist with diagnostic procedures, including IV starts, and educate patients on treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and provide patient education.
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing or RN license with dual licensure in applicable states.
- Proof of licensure, including compliance with Nurse Licensure Compact requirements, within specified timelines.
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS & PALS preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Training in pediatric screenings and women's health exams is advantageous.
- Proficiency in nursing procedures, medication management, and EMR systems.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and professional interaction skills.
- Ability to assess diverse patient needs across age groups.
- Basic proficiency in Word and Excel.
