Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in Texas
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience
- Preferred: prior leadership or charge nurse experience
- Leadership, delegation, coordination, and teamwork
- Utilizing advanced technology to support patient care
- Providing compassionate, quality healthcare in a supportive environment
