- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality at all times.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license in the state of practice or valid compact licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year ER experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, or ENPC may be required based on unit.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties involving reaching, bending, and kneeling.
