- Provide high-acuity care to cardiac and post-surgical patients transitioning from ICU-level support
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and continuous cardiac monitoring
- Administer medications and IV therapies in a timely manner
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families on cardiac care and recovery processes
- Document all care activities accurately in the EHR
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in cardiac or stepdown units preferred
- Strong assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
