Responsibilities
- Manage workflow with automation machines and oversee shipping processes
- Review and authorize medication refills using Parata equipment
- Troubleshoot onsite equipment to minimize downtime
- Assist with medication receipt, data entry, and prescription processing
- Prepare orders for packing and shipping
- Respond to clinical inquiries from patients via online or calls
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment, embracing learning and growth
- Active pharmacist license in Texas and California with a clean record
- Quick learner of pharmacy technology and equipment
- Patient-focused with excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable, independent thinker, proficient in Microsoft or Google apps
- Open to new experiences, including working with automation equipment and in a startup environment
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensing, already licensed in California
- Experience with Parata equipment or ATP-2 certification
- Background in online or mail-order pharmacy settings
