Role: Therapeutic Counselor

Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered counseling to individuals across all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in home and community settings.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support behavioral health, brain injury rehabilitation, and family systems.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience or knowledge in behavioral health, brain injury, and family systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Duties: Providing compassionate counseling, developing treatment plans, delivering therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with team members to support clients’ well-being in various settings.
