- Ensures compliance with nursing practice acts, regulations, and professional standards.

- Enhances the quality and efficiency of nursing practice and services.
- Allocates resources effectively to meet current and future objectives.
- Manages a multidisciplinary team delivering competent, compassionate, and efficient care in a professional environment.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare issues, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred certifications in nursing specialties.
