- Collecting patient vital signs, specimens, and assisting with patient education

- Supporting administrative tasks such as charting and verifying patient information
- Responding to patient questions and ensuring a positive experience
- Current certification as CMA, LPN, or RN (or relevant licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
