- Coordinating delivery of high-quality nursing care during shifts
- Providing clinical support based on patient census and needs
- Communicating patient status, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership
- Serving as a resource and guidance for nursing staff
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's preferred
- Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2 years preferred
- Current RN licensure in Georgia or multistate license
- Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, and NRP (for Women's Services)
- Additional specialty certifications may be required based on unit (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency, Pediatrics, Surgical, Women's Services)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ethical practice, diversity, and continuous learning
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Leadership qualities to guide and support staff
