- Administer prescribed medications under supervision, verifying resident identity and documenting accurately
- Monitor residents for medication responses and report adverse reactions
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Recognize and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain thorough documentation and support resident safety and wellness
- Help with admission, discharge, and transfer processes
- Perform light housekeeping, answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with tours
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CMA program and active certification
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a compassionate, resident-focused approach
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., maneuver residents and wheelchairs, and follow safety procedures
