Role Overview: As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental challenges in home or community settings. Working alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts, you will implement behavior-change plans, support skill development in communication and socialization, and help reduce restrictive behaviors. Your efforts will contribute to clients' greater independence and improved quality of life.

- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by BCBA professionals
- Accurately document progress, milestones, and session activities
- Create engaging, structured interactions during sessions
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in relevant fields or prior experience with children preferred
- Passion for working with individuals with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
