What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farmworker, Laborer position at Cherry Grove Organic Farm?
Workers will be responsible for all aspects of working on a small farm scale vegetable farm. These responsibilities include: seeding, planting, weeding, harvesting, hoeing and maintenance of row crops as well. Workers may need to drive a 75 hp tractor and attach farm implements to cultivate and weed in the field. Workers must be able to lift 70 lbs and have 3 months of verifiable farm work experience on a comparable commercial farm.
