JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing resources to deliver the IT services which they oversee, and to anticipate and troubleshoot any issues. Supervise and mentor Senior ERP Application Analyst and ERP Data Analyst. Evaluates employee performance and provides development and training to staff.

Facilitate and monitor production operational processes performed by the IS team. Including running reports, scheduled processes, uploads, and issue resolution, monitor scheduled integrations and processes.

Develop and maintain scheduled, and ad hoc reports and queries in support of ongoing organizational needs.

Develop, maintain, and oversee security rules and roles. Including auto provisioning, deprovisioning, and AOR assignment.

Develop and maintain Oracle BPM and HCM workflows.

Monitor scheduled integrations and processes.

Responsible for instance management. Including scheduling and coordinating P2T and T2T clones and performing post cloning tasks.

Coordinate regression testing related to quarterly Oracle patching. Including communicating schedules, coordinating tasks, and reviewing new available enhancements.

Work with Senior Analysts to develop internally or work with third party vendors to deploy business solutions. Integrate complex systems in multi-platform and multi-vendor environments to include transactional data collection systems, data warehouse/decision support systems, and other critical district systems.

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five (5) years of information technology experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Advanced understanding of reporting principles and practices.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal relations skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving ability, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines.
