Compensation & Benefits

• $57 /hour base, plus commission on production
• $2/hour bonus on any day the team hits its daily goal — and we hit it frequently
• Additional Night Guard/Vivera and ortho-start bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

An energetic, patient-focused dental hygienist who is passionate about their work and loves making people smile.

• Licensed Dental Hygienist (Colorado RDH license required)
• Confident diagnosing and comfortable discussing treatment with patients
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume office with multiple providers
• A true team player — our hygiene department works closely together
