Senior Corporate Accountant – Leadership Track
Location: Arlington, VA | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do
• Own month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Oversee complex reconciliations and manage general ledger operations across multiple entities
• Lead treasury activities, including cash monitoring and wire transfers
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
• Coordinate tax filings, audit prep, and compliance initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced reconciliation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MIP or Yardi a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Leadership mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
