- Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
- Oversee accounts payable processing and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide audit support, including documentation and coordination with external auditors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting, ideally within a non-profit environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with Anybill is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
