Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end U.S. and U.K. payroll processing
- Oversee multi‑state and international payroll compliance
- Act as a hands‑on “player‑coach” within the payroll function
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers
- Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
- Support payroll team members and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 7 years of payroll experience, including management
- Experience processing both U.S. and U.K. payroll
- UKG (or similar) payroll system experience required
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
- Ability to work remotely on East Coast business hours
