As our firm expands, we’re currently seeking a Partner to be our next South Florida/Miami Market Leader. We’ll consider builders with assurance, tax, or advisory experience. Previous service line, regional, market, or industry leadership experience is desirable. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of middle market commercial industries.
This position will be based in South Florida (Coral Gables or Ft. Lauderdale), and a strong existing network in South Florida/Miami is required. Limited travel should be expected.
In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with Firm leaders, service line, and industry partners to drive the growth strategy agenda for our South Florida region that serves middle market businesses, entrepreneurs, privately owned companies, private equity backed, and publicly traded corporations.
We're looking for a results-driven, market-facing partner who will contribute to expanding the practice by using their strong professional network presence, and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders. Exceptional business development experience and client relationship skills are necessary.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Consistently grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients, cross selling with other advisory practices, and obtaining new clients.
- Serve as the face of the Firm to the local market team and the local marketplace
- Execute the Firm and Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the South Florida/Miami practice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan.
- Lead Market execution of Firm strategy and goals through reinforcement of Firm Vision
- Model and champion of Firm’s shared values
- Ensure proper communication flow to the market related to Firm initiatives
- Develop professionals within the practice and build a talent pipeline with the requisite technical expertise.
- Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Masters preferred.
- Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm.
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth and building an office, practice, industry group, service line or similar
- Ability to drive success through the influencing of Partners.
