Cherry Assistant helps growing healthcare and wellness businesses scale operations with trained remote staff and operational support systems.
We work with medspas, dental offices, chiropractors, clinics, and service based healthcare businesses to solve operational bottlenecks across scheduling, patient communication, front desk support, insurance coordination, lead follow up, and administrative workflows.
We are looking for a polished, ambitious, relationship driven Healthcare Growth Representative to help us expand across Los Angeles.
This is not a traditional door to door sales role. This is a consultative, relationship based business development position focused on building real relationships with healthcare practice owners and operators.
What You’ll Do
• Visit healthcare and wellness businesses across Los Angeles
• Build relationships with practice owners, office managers, and operators
• Introduce Cherry Assistant’s staffing and operational support solutions
• Identify operational pain points inside practices
• Attend networking events, conferences, and local business gatherings
• Generate qualified meetings for the leadership team
• Coordinate follow up with internal recruiting and sales teams
• Track outreach activity and pipeline progress
• Gather feedback from the market to help improve positioning and offers
• Help grow Cherry Assistant’s local presence in healthcare and wellness communities
