About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents
- Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength
- Track and document progress to inform care plans
- Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
- 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
