Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Clear tables promptly and efficiently, assisting servers with bussing duties to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and restocking supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of trash
- Support the culinary team during busy periods by providing additional assistance with food handling and preparation
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices
- Help set up banquet or catering events as required, ensuring all areas are prepared according to specifications
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, cleaning protocols, and kitchen operations is advantageous
- Experience with banquet service or hotel food service environments is a plus
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
